"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order and ended up needing to return it. Support got back to me after about a day, and the refund came through after that. It wasn’t the fastest process, but you can’t really complain too much when they sort it out properly in the end.

"Wish I’d bought it sooner"
I looked around at a bunch of places before ordering, and I kind of regret not going with this one sooner. The price was better than most others I checked, and the laser feels really solid for what I paid. Shipping took a few days, but nothing worth complaining about. Overall, it ended up being a good deal and I’d buy it again.

"Pretty happy with what I got"

"not really worth the price"
the laser was fine for the first few days, but it started feeling loose fast. the button doesn’t feel very sturdy, and the beam seemed to get weaker after a couple of weeks. i expected it to hold up longer for the price. shipping was okay, but the quality just wasn’t there for me.

"First impression was a slow start"
My first impression was a little mixed because customer service took longer to get back to me than I expected. They did eventually reply and answer my question, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the response had come a bit faster.
